Terms of Use

The terms that apply when you use the CedarPro website and platform.

Last updated: 11 June 2026

These terms of use govern your access to and use of the CedarPro website (the “Site”) and the CedarPro platform — the interactive tools available at cedarpro.co.uk/app (the “Platform”). By using the Site or the Platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. About the Site and Platform

The Site provides information about CedarPro’s AI capability transformation, consulting, solution development and training services. The Platform provides a set of interactive AI tools you can run on your own information. Content and tools are provided for general information and demonstration only and do not constitute professional advice for your specific circumstances. Engagements with CedarPro are governed by separate written agreements, which take precedence over anything on the Site or Platform.

2. Accounts

To use the Platform you create an account with your name, email address and a password. You must be at least 18 and use the Platform for legitimate business or organisational purposes. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You can change your details, change your password or close your account at any time from Account settings; closing your account deletes your analyses, uploaded content and audit trail.

3. The tools are demonstrations — not professional advice

The Platform tools are interactive demonstrations of the kinds of governed AI systems CedarPro builds. Their outputs are generated by artificial intelligence and may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. They do not constitute legal, financial, accounting, tax, medical, planning, safeguarding or other professional advice, and must not be relied upon as such. Every consequential decision must be made by a suitably qualified human: the tools are designed to prepare, summarise and flag, and they deliberately stop at a human-in-the-loop checkpoint. You are solely responsible for any decision you take, and you should independently verify any output before acting on it.

4. Your content and how we process it

You keep all rights in the documents, text and other material you upload or enter (“Your Content”). You grant CedarPro a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process and transmit Your Content solely to provide the tools to you and to maintain your account’s records. To produce an analysis, Your Content is sent securely to our AI processing provider, which acts as our sub-processor (see the Privacy Policy). You confirm that you are entitled to submit Your Content, that doing so does not infringe any third party’s rights or any duty of confidentiality, and that you will not upload special-category or otherwise sensitive personal data, or any information you are not authorised to share. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and do not use it to train third-party models.

5. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, all content on the Site - including text, branding, the CedarPro name and mark, page designs and graphics - is owned by or licensed to CedarPro and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view, download and print pages for your own internal business evaluation. You may not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written consent.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site or Platform in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation
  • Upload, process or submit unlawful, infringing, defamatory or harmful content, or any data you are not authorised to share
  • Submit special-category personal data (such as health, biometric or criminal-offence data) unless you have a lawful basis and our prior written agreement
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the Platform, the API, our hosting infrastructure, other users’ accounts or related systems
  • Introduce malware, or attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or circumvent the security or rate limits of the service
  • Scrape, harvest or bulk-extract content or contact details from the Site or Platform
  • Use the Platform to build a competing product, or resell access without our written consent
  • Use enquiry forms to send spam or content unrelated to a genuine business enquiry

7. Enquiries and communications

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contractual relationship. Any information you send must be accurate, must not infringe third-party rights and must not include confidential information you are not authorised to share. Personal data in enquiries is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites for convenience. We do not control those sites and accept no responsibility for their content or practices. A link does not imply endorsement.

9. Availability and disclaimers

The Site and Platform are provided “as is” and “as available”. While we aim to keep them accurate and running, we make no warranties, express or implied, about their completeness, accuracy, reliability or availability, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any tool at any time. The Platform is a demonstration service and is not intended for use as a system of record. Descriptions of example solutions illustrate the kinds of systems CedarPro can deliver; actual scope, outcomes and timescales depend on each client engagement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CedarPro shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, nor for any loss arising from reliance on tool outputs, loss of or unauthorised access to content you submit, or any decision taken on the basis of the Platform. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account, or remove content, if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or where we are required to do so by law. You may close your account and delete your data at any time from Account settings. Suspension or closure does not affect rights or obligations that accrued beforehand.

12. Changes

We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the Site or Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from use of the Site or Platform.
